From Highways and Housing to a Holy City
Mehak Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2013 by a team of civil engineers who spent their early years delivering roads, housing colonies and commercial complexes across Uttar Pradesh. When the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir construction began drawing millions of pilgrims toward Ayodhya each year, we saw a gap: dharamshalas were overcrowded, and hotel rooms near the mandir were scarce and expensive.
We shifted our focus to a single mission — build well-designed, fully furnished apartments close to the mandir, and partner with an experienced hospitality operator to run them as service apartments. That means pilgrim families get a home-like stay with hotel-grade service, and owners get a property that is actively managed and rented out on their behalf.

Who Runs the Building
Construction by Mehak, Hospitality by a Trusted Hotel Partner
Every Mehak property is operated day-to-day by an established hotel-management company under a formal management agreement. Their team handles reservations, front desk, housekeeping, laundry and guest services, following the same service standards used across their branded properties nationally.
Mehak Infrastructure continues to own the building maintenance responsibility — structure, lifts, fire safety and common areas — while the hospitality partner focuses purely on guest experience and occupancy. Owners who opt into the rental program receive a monthly statement and payout, with no day-to-day involvement required.
